Telegram bot, web app and API workflows
SwiftTool may provide workflows through the website, web app, Telegram bot, cloud endpoint and API-style integrations. Each channel must be used only for authorized media processing and legitimate automation.
- Telegram commands, support messages and files may be processed to complete requested actions.
- API or automation access may be limited, revoked or rate-limited if it harms service stability.

- Maintenance windows may interrupt processing.
Payments and plan limits
Pricing pages, plan descriptions and checkout screens describe the active limits for downloads, file size, AI minutes, queue priority and other usage controls.
- When a limit is reached, processing may pause, queue, require an upgrade or wait for the next allowance period.
- Payments and refunds are handled according to the checkout provider and plan terms shown at purchase.
- Plan features may be adjusted to protect performance, security and fair use.
Termination and enforcement
Access may be limited or suspended when usage violates these terms, threatens platform stability or creates security, legal or abuse risk.
- Abusive automation may be rate-limited.
- Illegal or harmful activity may be reported where required.
- Administrators may remove content or accounts to protect the service.
